LBT#5 Kue Tradisional Indonesia

Here we go…

This’s ‘MY FIRST’ assignment in LBT group…starts from LBT # 5 ‘Kue Tradisional Indonesia’
As u know i’m still beginner in Baking & Cooking…never stop learning n’ never give up..yeahhh Well, everyone always has ‘’The First Time’’ in life..so this is it, my first “Kue Lumpur” as my choice, of course one of my Husband favourite.

Now on i'll write the recipe in Bahasa coz’ my English ends up at this point ...alias menthok habis sdh *-*


KUE LUMPUR
Sumber Resep: buku 60 Resep Snack Manis & Gurih Anti Gagal by Fatmah Bahalwan & Tim NCC

Bahan:
500 gr gula pasir
500 gr tepung terigu protein sedang (misal Segitiga)
1 kg kentang, kukus & haluskan ---> pegel jg halusin kentang
200 gr margarine, lelehkan
5 kuning telur
4 putih telur
1 ltr santan
1 sdt vanili bubuk
1 sdt garam
200 gr kismis, utk taburan ---> mira gunakan buah apricot kering

Cara Membuat:

  • Kocok gula & telur hingga putih & mengembang (tidak perlu sampai kental), masukkan garam & vanili sambil terus dikocok.
     
  • Tuangi santan, aduk rata. Masukkan kentang halus & tepung terigu secara bertahap sambil tetap diaduk rata
     
  • Terakhir, tuang margarin leleh, aduk rata
     
  • Panaskan cetakan kue lumpur, olesi margarin. Tuangi adonan hingga ¾ penuh, tutup. Masak hingga setengah matang, taburi kismis, tutup lagi, biarkan hingga matang. Angkat. Variasi taburan lain bisa menggunakan parutan keju, irisan nangka, coklat meises, dll (atau apricot spt diriku punya:D)
     
  • Hidangkan
